Description Of Hazard	Prevention Of Hazard
When the tripod has its legs fully expanded they will be very wide and can get in the way of actors and production crew. This could result in somebody tripping over and injuring themselves or would cause for equipment to fall over which would break or damage them which would take away time and increase costs of production as things may need replacements or fixing.	Make sure to remove area of unnecessary objects and open the tripod legs enough so there is still enough to move around. Also make sure you check where you are moving around the film set so you do not walk into equipment or cause something to fall over, or even trip yourself.
Having our villain actor dressed with his mask outside may attract unwanted attention. That may cause nearby residents to phone the police or to personally question you while you film in the street and this will waste time as people or authorities may get in the way.	Make sure the production crew is always visible, once people see the camera and actors they will see that there is nothing bad is going on and they will not interfere.
We have to film a scene where water is drunk by an actor, if any water gets on to any electrical equipment it could damage it or start an electrical fire which can get very dangerous	Make sure water is kept on stable surfaces, away from any electrical items and do not use electrical equipment or devices near water.
There is a scene where the actors have to run in the road as the villain is chasing the victim. If the roads are busy it will be very difficult to film as cars will be on the roads	We will have to makes sure it is not a busy time as cars may come at high speeds and we would like to avoid this to prevent any unnecessary collisions.
Surfaces outside aren’t always going to flat and suitable to filming outside as it would be inside. This could make it harder to film a flat frame or even might result in equipment falling over due to a steep surface and this would add unnecessary costs to repair damaged equipment.	While filming we will have to adjust the tripod with the spikes on its feet so that its firmly places on to the rough surface of the concrete so that it is stable and straight which will prevent the equipment falling over or have any damage done to them

If i were to go with my own narrative and create a film i would plan it more in this way because i don't have to discuss with any other members in order to do what i want where as individually id create my movie in this sequence and how i have planned it.

The importance of camera shots are that they are what gives an audience the visualisation of what the thriller will be viewed as by the audience. Different camera shots are going to be used to be able to portray different conventions that are suited to a genre by showing different components in a certain way. We have planned into making sure we use these camera shots at least once in our thriller as we believe that they are very conventional to the thriller genre and to our movie. We are going to use a Close up, POV shot and a Long shot in our thriller.

We thought we would use a close up at the beginning where Yeliz wakes up, this close up shows detail into her facial expression and gives emphasis to the audience on how she feels after the nightmare that she has just experienced. We thought this was conventional as in Thriller movies we looked at we saw how the camera would focus on to the victim to let the audience understand how she feels after the event that has occurred. We planned a scene where Yeliz is also reaching out to a door handle in order to uncover if there is anyone who is actually watching her through the door, when her hand will grip the door handle we will use a close up as it will show how tense she is while she knows not to open the door but something inside her is

We had to make sure we were keeping track of the steps we took so by creating a table including specific times and dates it allowed for us to be able to keep a record of when we done what which was useful as we needed to keep a record of what we was doing and when we was doing things so it could all be organised as all we would have to do at this stage is to follow these guidelines in order to achieve our thriller by following the steps we have placed in front of us as a path.

8th November 2012	3 hours	We filmed the first 2 pages of our storyboard and we had many attempts but got what we wanted in the end. We had some trouble thinking about how we would make the reflection without seeing the camera but we got sorted that out
14th November 2012	3 hours	We filmed pages 3 and 4 and we completed it very easily. We are very happy about the footage we got.
15th November 2012	3-4 hours	We filmed the last 2 pages of the storyboard.
21st November 2012	30 mins	We filmed started filming the outside scenes but it got to dark so we had to wait for our next meeting.
22nd November 2012	1 hour	We filmed all outside footage and any other footage that needed re-doing.

Week one
Met to discuss narrative and possible location me, Arthur, Orçun. Talked about potable camera shots while thinking of the conventions. Decided on location and date to start filming.


Week two
Met a day before filming to arrange the Mise en scene to save time next day. Me, Sam. Arthur and Orçun discussed editing techniques we could use. Started filming.


Week three
Relocated the thriller as felt could be better. This delayed things as we had to edit the narrative and shots used. Thought additional actress was needed so started looking. We all changed ideas about costume so Arthur and Orçun searched for a mask.


Week four
Got mask and other actress, started filming. All were their. Didn't get a lot done but finalised the camera shots for the first 3rd of the production. Filmed first scene, came up with idea for dream.


Week five
Half way through film now, Sam unavailable so just us four. Deadline is closing and we're a bit behind time. Filming slows as disagreement over shots in the kitchen.


Week six
Thriller filmed but not edited. Behind time and rushing to complete by the deadline. All working to Finnish In time. I organised pictures I took of us working over the whole time ready for my presentation on it all.

Once we had decided on our final group narrative for our thriller movie we needed to start doing the main planning work for when we were going to film it. Based on the narrative i created the story boards involving all the frames that were used throughout the scenes in order to produce a storyboard for our thriller. The storyboards allow for our group to be able to plan before hand what each scene and frame are supposed to include and by going by what we have decided it will help us in order to present the film that is right for the audience based on how everything is planned and produced.

for us to be able to produce the story boards we went ahead and began a group discussion which built up towards us outlining what our final narrative would consist of and this was important as we needed to know what the foundation of the movie would be based on its story line and production planning would obviously then be based around the narrative as things need to be done a certain way in order to make the thriller movie conventional for the audience and makes sure everything is made in a way so that it supports the narrative.

once the story boards were complete we then had our thriller movie already set out for us, all we had to do was look at each relevant field and compromise on the created plan to make each frame and scene according to the narrative and based on how we planned to do each shot in its own specific way. The storyboards allowed us to time the thriller movie because we wanted to make sure it was close to 2 minutes as possible but that it also represents the narrative without having to remove any footage from the movie. The storyboards also shows us what components need to be included in every single frame in order for the final thriller movie is parallel in what we have planned .
